Gary E. Smith,
President, Mokihana Pest Control, Inc.
PCO License 317, authorized Sentricon Inspector,
State Certification E 50582. Mokihana Pest Control was founded in 1981 by Gary E. Smith. Prior to that
time, he worked for various agricultural endeavors as well as Xtermco, a
highly successful pest control firm on Oahu that had a branch office on
Kauai.
Mr. Smith, born and raised in Hawaii, was educated at the University of
Hawaii, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in tropical
Agriculture in 1972. Part of the curriculum involved entomology courses
which peaked his interest in insect collection, a passion that persists to
this day.
 Ted
Kimura Ted Kimura Ted has the longest time as an employee
of Mokihana Pest Control, Inc., starting in February 1984. He is
the Operations Supervisor, Certified
PestControl Technician and Licensed Termite Inspector . He is also
an authorized Sentricon Technician. His licenses include; Field representative
PCFR 644, State Certification (B) E50585, and (C) E50559.
Shawn Conant Shawn started with Mokihana Pest Control,
Inc. in August 1987. He is a Certified Pest Control Technician, an
Authorized Sentricon Technician, and a termite inspector, His licenses
include; Field representative PCFR 645, State Certification ( B)
E50575, and (C) E50557. Shawn is also in charge of inventory and supply
procurement for the company.
DJ
Dato DJ started with Mokihana Pest Control, Inc.
in November 1993. He is our Lead Sentricon Technician as well
as a Certified Pest Control Technician and Termite inspector.
DJ holds certificates of completion from Purdue University
for Termite and Pest Control correspondence course. His licenses
include; Field representative PCFR 817, State Certification,
(B) E50486, and (C) E50609
Kenneth Lum Jr.
Ken first worked for Mokihana Pest Control from February 1986 until
June 1991. He later rejoined the team in Dec. 1997 and we are glad
he's back. He is a Certified Pest Control Technician and his State
Certification Licenses are, (B) E50602 and (C) E50601. Although not
an active inspector, Ken holds a certificate of completion for the
University of Hawaii extension Termite Inspectors Course.
Craig
Smith Craig started with Mokihana Pest Control in
December 2004. Prior to returning to Kauai, he was employed
by Horizon Pest Management ( Hilo ) for 2 years. Craig
is our lead and Licensed Termite Inspector, Certified Pest
Control Technician and authorized Sentricon Technician.
His licenses include: Fieild representative PCFR 1045,
State Certification ( B ) and ( C ) E50843.
Jerry Caberto Jerry
joined Mokihana Pest Control in August 2005. He is a Pest
Control Technician.
Anthony Wabinga Tony
started with Mokihana Pest Control, Inc. in September
1999. He is a Pest Control Technician and his State
Certification Licenses are, (B) E50727and (C) E50719.
Solomon
Torio. Sol started with Mokihana Pest Control, Inc
in January 2003. He
is Pest Control Technician, with State Certification License
E50816 as well as Termite Control State Certification E 50828.
Shane Patinio Shane began working for Mokihana
Pest Control, Inc in March 2006. He is Pest Control
Technician, with State Certification License E50859.
Dallas Kelley Dallas began
working for Mokihana
Pest Control, Inc in March 2006. He is a Pest Control Technician.

Bebe
Smith, Vice President, Mokihana Pest Control, Inc.
Bebe started with Mokihana since its inception, in 1981, along with
Gary. She is the coordinator of the pest control software,
upgrades and training as well as computer hardware
troubleshooting and purchasing.
Rachel Casanova
Rachel began with Mokihana Pest Control, Inc. in January of 1991.
She is our office manager as well as Sentricon Accounts
coordinator.
Rachel is also trained and authorized with Sentricon.
Debora Kawaihalau
Debbie started with Mokihana Pest Control, Inc. in February 1998. She is
our Vacation Rental and Commercial Accounts Coordinator.
